Didn’t meet Lori, but loved her idea to create a business card using newspaper and brown tape, this inspired me to use old envelopes for my recipe cards.

Lots of ideas are developing around the use of websites, blogs and events (for this project and others). I like the idea of using websites as a medium, only problem, my ability to develop websites is limited to say the least, so this definately requires collaboration. That said, as I’ve researched this project, I’ve found a no of sites already out there related to the use of recycled and ready made objects (links at the side) and is there any benefit to producing another one.  I’m thinking mine would be very visual and would use the tactics of consumerism in its layout, the aim after all is to create an anti-shop, whereas most existing sites are very functional and purely practical. The site would be one of ideas and experiments.
